Data request

For people who’ve filled in a form built with Testimo.

You’re in the right place if you’ve previously submitted a Testimo form (for a coach, agency, consultant, or other business using our software) and you want to:

• Get a copy of the data you submitted.
• Correct something you submitted.
• Have your submission deleted.

How this works

Under GDPR, the business whose form you filled in is the data controller — they decide what to do with your data. Testimo is the data processor — we store and move the data on their instruction. So the quickest path for most requests is to contact the business directly. They’ll usually action a request in a few days.

If you can’t find the business’s contact details, or they don’t respond, you have two ways to action a deletion request directly with us.

Delete my submissions (self-service)

Enter the email address you used and the business slug from the form’s URL (e.g. fuelled-club from testimo.app/f/fuelled-club/…). We’ll email you a one-click confirmation link — click it within 24 hours to permanently delete every submission tied to that email under that workspace.

Email us

Email info@testimo.app with the subject Data request if the self-service form above doesn’t cover what you need (e.g. you want a copy of your data, you want a correction, or the deletion email isn’t arriving). Please include:

• The email address you submitted the form with.
• The business / website you submitted the form to (e.g. Fuelled Club or fuelled.club).
• Roughly when you submitted (a week-of is fine — “mid April”, “last weekend” etc.).
• What you’d like us to do: send a copy, correct something, delete the submission.

We respond within 30 days as required by the regulation and usually faster. There’s no fee.

What if you submitted on behalf of someone else?

If you’re acting for a friend, family member, or client, let us know that in your email and how you’re authorised (e.g. power of attorney, parent on behalf of a minor). We may ask for proof before actioning the request, as GDPR requires us to verify the identity of the person whose data is involved.

Other rights

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. In the EU that’s your national DPA (see the European Data Protection Board’s register); in the UK that’s the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). We’d obviously prefer to fix the issue directly first, but it’s your right.

Customers of Testimo (businesses)

If you’re the business using Testimo (not someone who filled in one of your forms), you have self-service controls inside your workspace. Open Settings → Account → Your data and you’ll find one-click buttons to download everything we hold on your tenant (GDPR Article 20) or delete your account permanently (Article 17).
